Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and look after your personal information.
LTN Bouncy Castles is a family-run business based in Luton. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information safely and responsibly. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Contact Details: your name, phone number, email address and billing address.
- Event Details: the date, venue address, type of event and access details, so we can deliver and set up safely.
- Payment Details: online payments are processed securely by our payment providers, so we never see your full card details.
How We Use It
- To take and manage your booking, including delivery, set-up and collection.
- To contact you about your booking or enquiry.
- To improve our services and this website.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.
Who We Share It With
We never sell your information. We only share it where needed to provide our service, or where the law requires it:
- Kool Booking Systems, which runs our online booking form and stores booking details on our behalf.
- Our Payment Providers, PayPal and Stripe (including Klarna and Clearpay when you choose them), to take payments.
Cookies and Website Data
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one small setting in your browser so our seasonal notice only appears once per visit. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Our booking form may use its own cookies when you make a booking.
Our party weather checker gets its forecasts from MET Norway, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. Your browser contacts their servers directly for the forecast of the town you pick. We don't send them your postcode or any other details.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our service, and booking and payment records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Keeping It Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, change or disclosure. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- See the information we hold about you, or send you a copy.
- Correct or update it.
- Delete it, where we don't need to keep it by law.
- Stop using it for marketing.
To do any of these, email contact@ltnbc.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new date.
